TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rates:

All hire periods start from when the vehicle arrives at the initial pickup point and ends at the drop off point. A surcharge may be applied for hire on Public Holidays.

Vehicles:

We reserve the right to change any vehicle booked as long as we provide the same standard of vehicle. Gateford Executive Travel Ltd reserves the right to subcontract to other business's should the need arise.

Account Customers:

Account invoices are to be paid on 30 days from date of contract.

Non Account Customers:

When booking with Gateford Executive Travel Ltd, payment in full will be paid on the outward journey. Deposits may be requested dependant on type of work.

Passenger Behaviour:

Anyone who is considered to be of unfit travel through too much alcohol, causing disruption or endangering the driver or passengers may be refused to board the vehicle.

A No-Smoking policy will be adopted within the vehicle.

Agreed Waiting Time:

To be charged at £25.00 + VAT per hour.

Child Seats

We very much prefer you to use your own. We will be happy to store them for you. We can supply seats suitable for children of approx 9mths to 3 yrs, and booster seats for older children. There is no extra charge for supply or storage but supply or storage MUST BE PRE-BOOKED AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE TRAVEL TIMES. If not pre-booked we will not be able to supply or store.(Subject to availability)

Responsibilities:

We will not accept responsibility for any theft, damage to goods, except where the theft or damage was directly due to the actions of the driver.

We will also not accept the responsibility for bodily injury or sickness to any other person except where the above is caused directly by a member of Gateford Executive Travel Ltd.

Gateford Executive Travel Ltd has public liability, motor and business insurance and are responsible for all our own vehicles and staff.
